Privacy Policy

The short version: your photos and videos never leave your phone. We only ever generate the words.

What we collect

• Your email address — to create your account and send sign-in links and receipts.
• Your text input — the description you type (e.g. "beach day with the kids"), style choices, and any instructions. This is what we generate captions from.
• Generated content — the captions, hashtags and hooks we write for you, so they can be saved and edited across devices.
• Basic diagnostics — anonymous crash reports and usage counts (e.g. "a generation completed"), used to fix bugs and improve quality.

What we never collect

• Your photos and videos. Media you select stays entirely on your device. We display thumbnails locally, but we never upload, store, or view your media.
• No advertising identifiers, no third-party ad SDKs, no tracking across other apps or websites.

How we use it

To generate your posts, keep your history in sync, process payments, send you service emails, and improve InfluenceHers. We do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

Only processors needed to run the service: our hosting/database provider (Supabase), our AI model provider (to generate text from your description — text only, never media), our email provider (Resend), and our payment processor (Stripe). Each is bound by contract to use your data only to provide their service.

Children

InfluenceHers is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Your rights

You can export all your data and delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion removes your account, runs and posts from our servers. Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR/CCPA), you may have additional rights including access, correction, portability, and objection — email us and we'll honor them.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active and removed on deletion. Anonymous diagnostics are retained up to 12 months.
